Before you start: get your Webex token
- Open developer.webex.com and click Sign in (top right) with your usual Webex work account.
- Click your profile picture in the top right.
- Click the copy icon next to your Bearer token.
- Come back here, paste it into step 1 and click Connect. It's fine if it includes the word "Bearer".
Only sending by email? You don't need a token. Go straight to step 3, choose the update, and use Download email.
The token works for 12 hours. If you see a message saying the token has expired, repeat the steps above to copy a fresh one. Your token stays in this page only: it isn't saved anywhere, and closing the tab forgets it. Treat it like a password and don't share it.

Connect to Webex
Paste the token you copied.

Choose where to send
Tick the spaces, and add any people by email.
Connect in step 1 to see your spaces.

Choose the update
The preview on the right shows what people will see.
Edit it to suit your customer. Each new line becomes a new paragraph. Leave it empty to remove the message.
Have a different card file? Drag it here, or choose a file.
Customer not on Webex? Send it as an email
The email has the same content as the card, including any optional sections you've ticked.
- Outlook (Windows): open the downloaded file and it opens as a new email, ready to address and send.
- Gmail, Outlook on the web or Mac: use Copy email, then paste it into a new email.
